I was hoping one of you fine individuals would be able to help me confirm a part number please.
So I have found a set of C450 mufflers on Kijiji that I would like to purchase and install on my C400. I got a pic of the sticker on one of the mufflers but cant find the part number attaching to anything on MBPARTSWORLD or MERCEDESPARTSCENTER.
The part number
A205-490-25-01
It also says "EXH 205 AMG rear" on it.
Can someone help me confirm if this is in fact the C450 mufflers please?

Have you tried a catalog such as mercedesbenzstarparts.com? What does it come up with when you enter the number into that site?

unless I’m searching this part number incorrectly, I really can’t find anything. Google images found one post that says 2016 c450 exhaust with the part number but I find it a little strange that my search is limited to that single post.
perhaps the part number is superseded as the 450 is discontinued?
Yes, google images was the only place I could find anything and while I did find the c450 exhaust there it was limited to a few market place ads.
I am asking because my information is limited on how many exhausts their are with the c450 and c43. I feel like the information is so limited for benz and even this platform as a whole compared to my previous n54. I understand the c43 comes with two exhaust but is the same true for the 450? If not then why is it so hard to search this part number. Everywhere I look the part number is different for the 450 exhaust
This being said I want to verify that I am buying the right 450 muffler and not a “one off” regular muffler if there was one. Best way to do that for me is with part numbers.
@Andy74 I have looked at these ads as well. But I am just wondering if there are any official Mercedes part number confirmations.
From looking online the part number for the 2016 c450 is
(205-490-24-35)
which is different from what’s on the mufflers I’m purchasing. This is what’s making me believe there are two different mufflers that came with the 450?
Perhaps I will call MB tomorrow and ask them to search the pn.

Do you have a W/C/S/A205? Your car is a C400 4Matic however you're looking for the C450 mufflers?
Searched 3 EPCs for MB however nothing came up.
@Farfalho yes, I have a W205 C400. The c450 and c400 share the same engine, however the 450 has better mufflers. Enhanced sound + reduced back pressure, This is why I am sourcing C450 mufflers.
