Brakes Vibrate when braking at low speed
So I have a 2019 C200 (W205) and my brake vibrates a little when I am driving and going to a halt from like 1mph (1km/h) to 0 (to stop) it likes to vibrate a little and gives off this grinding sound. At first the suspect was the brake pads and brake disk, I have replaced both brake pads and brake disk with genuine Mercedes parts, and the sound has lessened but it is still vibrating and giving off a grinding noise. Does anyone else ever experience this?
PS: I was told by my local Mercedes dealer (Jakarta, Indonesia) that it was a trait of Mercedes brake. I used to own a 2016 C-class and 2017 E-class and they do have some noise when the brake got wet from rain but it was never a vibrating and grinding noise.

Hmm, my brakes squeal loudly in winter when I reverse. it been doing that since I got it 5 years ago. Mentioned to the service guy many times. He just shrugs.
Lately, I too have noticed a tiny vibration in the steering wheel and brakes when slowing down to a light. Mentioned to the service guy. Says technician found nothing wrong. No grinding noise tho.
I got brand new brakes when I purchased the car 5 years ago and they have never been changed since. Is that even possible?
I do work from home (mostly) and then there was the pandemic (2 years), but brakes lasting that long?

The Mercedes OEM rotors take special care to install and are somewhat sensitive to damage. The hat of the rotor is a separate piece made from 5 mm steel sheet. If not handled properly it can bend and bring the rotor out of alignment. Several typical things are not allowed such as using a hammer to bang the rotor and trying to rotate the wheel by holding the disc. I suppose road force could potentially bend it to. The result is rotor runoff that will cause vibration. Commonly diagnosed as warped rotors. Below is a video that addresses what to look out for when installing the brake rotors on these cars. The video is primarily about Conti aftermarket rotors that eliminate these issues. I know the video is in German, but it's supposed to have English subtitles.
