Rattle/Knocking on Cold Start/ P0016/ No acceleration
So I've had this problem for about 2 months. Ran fine until my check engine light came on. Everything I start, it turns over for a few seconds longer than it should bit drives fine right after. My auto start/stop system stopped working as well. When it starts after sitting overnight sometimes it will rattle, sometimes it will make a knocking sound. Tried starting g heterozygous morning it made a knocking sound and started sputtering. Mangaged to get to work but coming home im assumi g it went into limp mode. Couldnt accelerate even with my foot to the floor. Did manage to get it home. I've loomed into it and it seems it could be a cam adjuster magnet issue on the intake side. I checked the codes and they're reading as shown in the pictures. All 4 cylinders misfiring as well as cam bank 1 over advanced. What I'm really wondering is
1) is there a possibility of valve damage from the vvt going out considering I had no power and the knocking noise?
2) what is the procedure for gettiing all the accesories of the top of the valve cover to get to the cams and cam adjuster gear?
3) did I go into limp mode or was this caused by all 4 cylinders misfiring and not making power?
