2015 C300 clicking noise persisted after engine off(with video)

Hi everyone,
My 2015 C300 has developed a clicking noise, which becomes particularly noticeable when I accelerate. What's concerning is that the noise persists even after I've turned off the engine, lingering for several minutes.
I've attached video recordings of the noise—both during a cold engine start and after the engine has been turned off.

Has anyone experienced a similar problem ? I'd greatly appreciate hearing about your experiences and any insights you may have on this clicking noise issue.

2019 GLC300, 2017 E300

Sounds normal. First video sounds like water from the air conditioning dripping onto the exhaust or heat shield. Second video is just showing how noisy the injectors in these cars are
