Break fluid reservoir cap size?
Does anyone know which "Euro" break fluid reservoir cap adapter size is correct for the W205?

Specifically for the Aeromotive power bleeder kits?

45mm could be the thread OD where as the 42mm would be thread ID and OD he lists is well OD of cap.
