Finally Sorted With Hunter Road Force Balancer

Evidently, a lot of wheel balancers don't have the Hunter machine.

No more issues after 4 attempts. I'll probably never use anything else. The previous guy used too much weight.

A "Hunter Road Force" balance is a more advanced form of tire balancing compared to a regular tire balance, as it uses a specialized machine to measure and correct not only weight imbalances but also radial force variations within the tire and wheel assembly, effectively simulating real driving conditions to identify and address potential vibration issues that a standard balancer might miss; essentially providing a smoother ride by detecting issues like tire runout and improper mounting beyond just weight distribution.

A regular balance only looks for uneven weight distribution on the tire and wheel while a Hunter Road Force balance measures the force variations as the tire rotates, identifying issues like tire bulges or rim imperfections that could cause vibrations.

I only did the 3 wheels where there was counter balancing done. This method is typically used when a tech places too much weight in the wrong location and instead of correcting the mistake, adds weight to the opposite side to compensate..
It was $24 a tire. Hunter also measures sidewall stiffness variations which can cause vibrations even when a tire is perfectly balanced.
