Recently bought a new 2023 C300 AMG without front license plate holder. The car has the holder in the trunk but doesn't put it on. After playing around with the holder without instruction, I realize that I need to drill 3-4 holes in the front bumper in order to install it.
Is there a way to find a license plate holder without drilling the hole? I found some relevant posts about various approaches, but didn't find one suitable for C300 AMG style. So just wondering if there is some good suggestion.

It’s mandatory in Texas too but I haven’t had a front license plate for the past 10 years.
I’ve been pulled over twice for speeding and they never checked the front license plate.

That is an option but it looks like it blocks a significant amount of airflow to the cooling system that lives directly behind it. I’d suggest a tow hook option. There’s plenty for sale all over Amazon. Would be surprised if somehow they couldn’t fit the W206.

Hmm... I don't like the ugly non symmetric tow hook version though..(personal opinion)

Neither do I personally. In CA we need front plates but I run without. If I get a fix it ticket that’s the route I’ll go. No holes, not blocking anything, just looks kind of stupid.

Your car is beautiful. I have a 23 C300 Cabriolet and a 23 GLC Coupe and told them that if they put on the license bracket, I would not buy the cars.
I am also in Washington State, and have never been pulled over.
Colorado announced last week a renewed effort to issue citations for vehicle registration violations, including not having a front plate installed. Yeah, it's only $100, but the 20 minute traffic stop is an intrusion on my time.
Come to think of it, the rear license plate is every bit as ugly as the front one. I guess we're all just accustomed to seeing them so they don't bother us. If drilling holes annoys you, buy a bag of zip ties and be creative.
