2013 power boost for E63 540bhp
Hi there
This is my first post on this board, so be kind to me! The website of Autocar magazine (UK) has said the 2013 facelifted E63 AMG is going to get a power hike to 540bhp. Up from the existing 525 bhp. Apparently this is going to be unveiled early 2013
I've just placed an order for a CLS63 AMG which is due to be delivered in March. As it shares the same engine (I'm right am I?) it stands to reason the other models including the CLS63 will also get this. Have I just bought the car at the wrong time? If I could, should I push the order back until in order to get the latest version? 15bhp isn't much, but it's typical I put pen to paper 2 weeks before the announcement of the latest engine!
Any thoughts welcomed

I was in the same boat as you and I went to the dealer for confirmation.
We got on the phone with Germany and they confirmed the boost in hp and the 4matic option but it will only be available for 2014 CLS models.
I was able to push my order to June for August delivery. The wait is going to kill me lol.
