Got a TT Roadster for my wife
There's something so feminine about the look of this car.
It's a blast to drive...surprisingly zippy and impressive handling. At lower speed (say below 50-60 mph), it's crazy but it's actually more fun to drive than my cls. The small 4 cylinder 2.0 l turbo engine is quite peppy and the immediate throttle response combined with the dual clutch do the trick. At higher speed, the car is still very stable but the power has nothing to do with the cls at that point obviously. And I can fit 2 golf bags in the trunk! Great city car for sure.

I did buy the same car for the better half and we have had it for close to 1 year now. I do agree with you that the 2.0 engine is peppy and it is enjoyable to drive a car that is not 2 tons, low to the ground and handles like a cart.
The DSG box has instant response and you can go up and down 3 gears manually within 1/2 second. The MB box feels so sluggish and unresponsive compared to it.
However I do not feel the throttle response is any better than our CLS in S/S+ mode.

Other than the throttle blip that I love on our MCT, I have always found that it was the weakest part of our cars. But I got use to it I guess. Now that we have been driven the TT for a few days, I just hate the MCT on the cls!
