BRIGHTER DRL led's?

just wondering if there are anyway to get brighter DRL (lowest row on front) the stock strips seem so dim!!

can these be replaced with brighter LEDs individually?
is there a setting somewhere?

Funny, I've noticed this too, actually thinking my lenses were yellowing even though they're absolutely not. Following....
