One thing I can say is they are both over priced for the miles they possess.

2012 CLS63 AMG
Are you specific to that color? I have a 2012 CLS63 but its matte white. Its also got way fewer miles than both of those, it has 32,xxx miles only. Almost every single options plus its a performance package. Has only Tint and Eurocharged Tune done to it. If its something he would be interested in I would love to make a deal with him for a better price even. Only down side is I am located in Fargo, ND but we could ship the car or whatever the case is.
