FF. W212 E63 M156 non-pano 18" P2 ParkT NightV (gone but will be missed).
Most performance cars have negative camber, which leads to the tire stance you are describing. Side note: Negative camber doesn't chew up inner edge of tires as much as in-toeing, so keep an eye on the inner edge of the tires from time to time.

Camber is not adjustable except Mercedes sells fixed adjustment bolts. Not sure if they are applicable to a W218. Toe has to be adjusted afterwards.

OEM specs will provide a negative camber. Thus yes, it is normal. Drop a plumb bob for various cars to check; it's interesting.

Today's autos a "Full Front & Rear Wheel Alignment" is only "Toe" directional adjustment !

It is all to do with cost cutting and the ever increasing speed of vehicle assembly lines. We saw the need therefore to re-instate from the early 90's full, precise, ongoing Front Camber and Caster. Rear Camber (and extra Toe), allowing to change tire contact angles.

Catering for conditions encountered in daily commuting - high cambered roads, altered height through load carrying or lowering, fitting wide profile tires or curb knock damage.

You can fit (front only) inaccurate one only offset position bolts having only 0.3 degree change.

The unique K-MAC patented design instead is (single wrench) precisely adjustable, accurately under load (direct on alignment rack). Offering 4 times the adjustment range and replacing the 4 front and 4 rear highest wearing suspension bushings at the same time.

Another feature with rear kit (when adjusting to reduce inner edge tire wear) the lower not upper arms are adjusted, retaining important clearance top of tire to outer fender.

W218 / CLS63, 65
Front Camber & Caster #503116 K $480
Rear Camber (and extra Toe) #502226 K $480
Delivery $30 (F/R $50)
