Rubbing noise when turning

Hoping you guys can lend some advice. I recently had my wheels painted, but since getting my car back, I have notice a rubbing, sort of grating, noise from the right front. I didn’t mess with any clearances, camber, or any other sort of modification beyond getting the wheels painted. Before that, I did not a small vibration from the right front at high speeds (90mph+).

Any ideas, thoughts, concerns? Thanks in advance

If you didnt change your tire size then its probably not what your experiencing. You could alwasy take a look at the plastic fender wall for tire scraping marks to see if and where its rubbing
