I have a '14 CLS63S and last week my parking brake handle got detached from the cable. Thats not much of an issue at the moment as there was a wire/connecter beside the handle that got ripped out. Im assuming its for the Airbags(either steering wheel or wheelwell) because there is an airbag malfunction warning and airbag light on now.
Does anyone know if I can fix or replace this without ripping out my entire dash? Where exactly would this plug into?
I'm going to try removing the cover above the footwell and under the steering wheel to get a better look.
