The question was about if the engine software is manipulated or is stock. If is stock, a real diagnose is necessary before any tuning as the torque converter can be stiffed.
Then you can try to change your tuner or to flash stock software if you want to make a proper diag.
Most of the tuners use "delete fault codes" from engine map fault code data base to hide the wrongdoings.
