Squeaky sound when steering CLS 63 S 2017
To demonstrate what's happening, here's a video from somebody else 1:1 my exact issue:
And here is my private YouTube video (keep in mind that I solved the knocking sound as the left spring was upside down and you should always look that the three white dots are placed bottom)
Recently I've changed strut mounts and strut bearings on both sides, and the sound is still there. Not sure from where this is coming, as it could be the steering rack, or the steering wheel column, since I did not dive deep into this issue I want to ask for some opinions and if somebody had this problem previously. Also, this only happens when the car is on ground, when it's in the air, there's no squeaky sound (on the lift).

- How about lower ball joints,
- inner/outer tie rods.
Do you enjoy your new strut bearing light precise steering?
I replaced mine (L + R) at 50kMi and regreased the new ball-race parts... sharp steering afterwards.
It improved both suspensions & steering back to factory tight.
