No one is going to smoke this car... not going to happen. Going to take something special just to keep up.

Love the lines on that CLS, especially the silver and black. I also saw a white one a couple of days ago. Even white (which does not usually look great on sporty cars) looked awesome.

A couple of years ago I pulled into the MGM Grand in Vegas. They were Hosting the ESPY awards. I was driving my Brand New All Black E55 with the "ESPN" plate on the car. (which I have on another car now) I don't know who they thought we were but they kissed our butts, parked the car right in front and escorted us into the building. Came home and got the espnews plate and espn2. Has been a lot of fun.
Originally got the Espn plate just to see if it was possible. My friend got the "M-TV" plate and was having a lot of fun with it.
I was told recently that Dan Patrick has the "espnews" plate in N.Y.

Those tail lamps look EVIL! Did you smoke them yourself?? Can't decide whether to smoke the red portion like you or just the center white portion like this:

tough call. hard to figure out what will look best. I've seen some do-it-youself spray jobs and they look pretty bad. I can't imagine not having Best Quality on the car. These came from www.smokedlamps.com they do an excellent job! I took their recommendation on smoking the red and leaving the clear, clear.

i would have to say the painted ones look better.
im going to have mine painted when my front lip and rear spoiler arrives.
im assuming that disconnecting the bulb behind the reflector would throw some sort of warning saying that the bulb is out in the car computer?
