I found a 2006 CLS 55 with 8,000 miles. The best part is that it is an IWC edition car and in near perfect condition. Owner won't give up the watch

If it was offered at 45K, it's an effin steal and you better jump on it now.
I'd say with a clean CarFax and I mean clean, no accidents no liens, I'd offer 55K for such a condition but the dealership or person selling will probably looking for 60-63K. I'm looking at CLS55's myself and I haven't found one yet that hasn't had some sort of issue on their CarFax record.
