Let me explain why bypass pipe is $99.
1. It is T304 stainless and cut to exactly the right lenght needed to replace stock resonator. Very few muffler shops stock stainless pipe. You can find stainless pipe in industrial supply shops, but you have to buy 20 feet at at time. Now one can allways use aluminized steel, but after several months it will start to rust out.
2. The pipe is expanded on both sides to slide over stock exhaust. This makes for simple and good looking installation. You will suprised and how many bad weld jobs we have seen over the years. Crooked pipes and ugly welds is what one usually gets at a local muffler pit.
