yeah, but honda claims its the same exact engine as the regular japan spec honda nsx(280 or 276)

ever since they introduced the WRX, EVO, GTR... they have been competing to make more power out of those turbo engines every year, accident rate started to rise, gorvoment pressured the car makes to do something, hence the 280hp gentlemen's agreement. Yes it has been lifted because the imported Euro cars are all making big power.
