Someone STOLE my buddies AMG Trunk Badge!!!!!! HELP
Someone swiped his AMG trunk badge, he comes over my house when he needs the computer or needs info on things. Where can he buy 1 from? Also, can someone please help him out - he needs the exact measurement of what the AMG badge is. I see many on ebay but are they cheap, and crappy? Thanks for anyone who can help.
Luckily, they didn't rip any paint off etc, it looks like it just was debadged.

Measurements? All the real AMG badges are the same size
Its a good thing there wasn't any damage but I wonder how can someone take off the badge without a heat source to soften the adhesive? Unless your friend did a sh*tty job putting the first one on himself, I can't imagine a factory installed badge just coming off for anyone that wants to take it.

If you buy it from the dealership it is between $50-75. I remember they are the same price as the V6 kompressor badge which is $50. Some dealer will over charge you.
Just to make you feel better. My friend got his AC Schnitzer 3-piece trunk spoiler stolen right off his M3 and screwed up the paint on the trunk. This is non-BS. It happened near the movie threater around our school campus.

You might wanna try some wholesale parts department at dealerships. Caliber Motors in Anaheim Hills has a wholesale parts department that sell them for a reasonable price.
