Hi, guys. my friend is thinking of installing an navigation on his 2006 C55. Would it look good? he doesnt know which brand is better to choose from, alpine or eclipse? anyone got pictures on dat?

IMHO aftermarket brand (e.g. Alpine, Sony, etc.) always look hideous. They generally make your car look like a christmas tree. My advice, have Steve install the oem command system.

although it might not look totally stock, the oem nav unit is crap imho. i've heard good things about eclipse and pioneer. also, with a pioneer unit, i've heard that you can still retain the steering wheel controls if you get an adapter.
