I know it is done on E55s. I'm saying on the C32, the exhaust sound with no cats is absolutely horrible. I know from personal experience.

Going back to work in Lebanon tomorrow morning, so my car will be standing still until I come back home for a week in April. Kind of sucks, but that's the way it is...

Take care all of you my friends/Michel

Funny how in this thread and others, the talk is now cams. It looks like we're running out of mods as a collective group. Let's make the leap - how many horses can a Stage 2 C32 get from just cams?

That's what I want to know. I want to see the dyno graphs of before/after. I love the 32's power band, and don't want to damage its characteristics

i think it's like minimum 15-20hp.....i think Vadim's opinion was port/polish/cams was worth 40-50hp. not sure tho.

the power bump will be essentially all upper rpm tho. but that's where i like it.
most folks want more torque.

I assumed the gains would be up top too. On other cars, that was what I wanted, but I love the C32s wide power band, and I'll sacrafice a little low/mid range if the top gains are huge. I'm definitetly not going to port my head without seeing hard before/after data. I can't even find before/after data from the E55 guys. There are a handful of guys that have been talking about porting for ages, but still haven't done it.

I have 2 race cats and a race system, and the car sounds like a
CGT or a ferrari. wonderful.

Low range is bad with cams but in the top, gains are huge. With cams.
You can realy feel the power. Its like a Suzuki 1000R.
