Does the new 2007 version change anything about how the NAV works? Does it show any of the street names? or is just the latest street and road information?

I'm waiting for my updated disk to arrive, but I am only expecting updates for streets added since 2001. The COMAND system should not have any greater capability than it had with the older CDs

Yes, by pushing the "eject" button on the COMAND unit and slipping the old disk in the long thin slot in front. Tech support hour are 8am to 5pm, PDT.
