Interior pics.. new Brabus steering wheel..
Hi all.. thought I would share some interior pics.. Just installed my new Brabus steering wheel.. Lovin it so far, feels great.. goes with the Brabus shift *** and the floor mats, door pins..
Think I'm about done with the interior, however I was thinking a set of the black maple trim would look pretty sweet.. anyone got a set?
Next week getting SS brake lines and sway bars installed.. on and on it goes! LOL

couple of things.. Yes, I got this on ebay. The seller is super cool and he got to to me fast. I'm sure he can get more so hit me up for his info if your interested.. I'm sure some of the sponsors also sell them.
Bif, BTW I used your thread to learn how to swap the steering wheels. It was very helpful and it only took me 15 minutes or so. Probably took me longer to find all my tools.
(Did not need to connect the battery, just don't put your key in the ignition)
I was either going to get an F1 safety wheel or a Brabus one.. Since the F1 wheels are so hard to find and all my interior stuff is Brabus.. decision made!

You can't tell the difference?
Well for one, the wheel is a little bit thicker. It also has perforated leather on the sides and has a different shape to it.
The thing I noticed most is the leather finish. My AMG wheel was shiney/smooth and a little slippery, this wheel has more of a matte finish and I'm able to grip it well.

I have his email address if you want it. He is a really cool guy and will probably be listing more. I actually just missed his first auction by a couple of minutes. I emailed him and he listed another one for me. He said he can get anything Brabus I want.. prices seem great. The steering wheel came in a factory sealed Brabus box that is even nice too!! LOL

Yes, that's the seller. It was actually one of the better ebay experiences I have had. Very responsive to questions and friendly, fast shipping. I was nervous at first too but everything turned out great. He now has +2 feedback.. lol..

To your earlier response about adding value.. I will probably remove everything and part it all out when I sell the car unless someone makes me a great offer for the car the way it is.
I am hoping to lease a C63 when they come out and wouldn't trade my car on a lease. I may end up turning it into a track car/fun car and keeping it if depreciation keeps up the way it has.
