DIY Oil Change Parts & Info
Can anyone tell me the MB part number for the oil filter cannister wrench for a 2002 C32? I understood there was a MB part but my dealership say no? I need to source a quality wrench to get the job done.
Has anyone used a top side oil evac and, if so, where is the "dipstick" hole on a 2002 C32? I haven't had a chance to check it out and need to know.

i simply asked at the parts counter and was provided the oil wrench. i think it was $10.
the "dip stick" is the tube with the black plug. towards rear of s/c.
i have the nose of the car pointed up a bit i think it allows more through extraction.
use a high quality oil - i have doubts about mobil 1 0w40. there were recent changes to the formula to promote logevity of cat convertors but this required reduction in protective additives. google zddp for info.
