Does this only happen when you hit the memory seat function?
You will also notice that when you move the seats back the headrests should move up as to accomodate a larger person. And vise versa....

i've never gotten this vice versa.........head rests always moves up despite direction of seat movement

my c32 has a headrest adjustment button. why dont you guys just use that button to adjust the headrest.
btw does anyone ever even use the headrest? i feel like my head is to far back when i lean my head on it

i do use the headrest button. when a passenger sits in the car and adjusts the seat, the headrest always moves up though, whether they move the seat forward or backward. so it's kind of annoying.
