Chattering Windshiled wipers. I replaced with new ones and they sound horrible. Just like if you were using them on a dry windsheild.

Bif or anyone else with this experience can you help?

Thanks

I did buy these at an auto parts store. I bought the cheap ones though. You think this is the issue? I just hat to spend $40-$50 on another pair and have the same issue.

Thanks

I paid the premium of $80 per side through MB to have them replaced and they still sound and perform like crap. I have an appointment tomorrow to have something else looked at and will have them check out the blades and arms at the same time since they are worse now that before they replaced them. Don't know if they bent an arm or what but its bad.

Ya my old ones did not make any noise at all. They just would not wipe the windshiled well. So I bought these new ones and it is just like I was using them on a dry windsheild. I know I did not bend an arm installing them so I am not sure what teh deal is.
