Just Dyno'd
Well I finally got my car on a Dyno. Not quite what I was expecting although I do know my wheels probably hamper my performance a bit.
I also have a feeling that I need to get my tune checked by Jerry as I'm not sure it took. I was expecting a larger number overall though with the C3P and LET Tune. Maybe I need to re-gap my plugs. It was a cool day, about 62 & raining.
P.S. I used the shop I found on Craigslist a while back in Concord, CA--$45 for 3 runs. No A/F ratios, just base runs.

That actually seems right on the $ on a dynojet with ur mods.
In order to retune you would most likely need to schedule dyno tuning with Jerry with full a/f ratios and stuff.

Actually, the reason why I want my tune checked is that originally I had just installed the C3P pulley and intake. Then about one week later, my IC pump failed. So I decided to get a CM30, an LET HE and a tune at the same time. Unfortunately, the HE took about two weeks to get and my car was crippled the whole time. So when I got my car finally running again, it felt fast, but I think just about the same as when I just installed the pulley by itself. And the other reason I think it may not have taken, was that Jerry had some sort of problem getting my ECU to flash correctly.

I'd love to do that, but unfortunately, I'm a bit too far from Jerry.

Do you have the baseline numbers? From what I have seen in person from the C3 and tune on a C32 (which is a lot btw) your numbers are right in par on what they should be. Torque looks good as well. But, without A/F I couldn't tell you exactly, but I would not be worried.

Well,
That was exact shop I did mine months ago. Carlos is the one who dynoed mine. I got 301 HP with code 3 pulley and intake except no tune and 100F that day. I did expect some more. So with tune, yours number is a bit low.
Carlos sent me the HP graph but did not provide me the trq graph wtf...?

Forget Dyno's. The track is the proving ground.
AutoclubRaceway in Fontana, CA Tomorrow, Sunday, Nov 2, 7am-5pm, $20 all day. This is a quarter-mile drag. I will be there at 1pm. Ask to be in Group 4 if you arrive late. You can still get your maximum 6 runs if you arrive after 1pm since the crowd lightens up after lunch. This is the last street legal race of the year in So. Cal but Dec 6 is definitely the last day of 2008 before it starts up again in Feb 2009. Track times my be slower than usual since track is at 2000 sea elevation.
You can line up against each other, BMWs, Vettes, Audi's, Porsche's, etc... I was there today and got six runs in. Lined up against a Vette, Chevelle, Mustang, 350Z, GTO. Lost to the modified Vette who did 11.7.
Bring a helmet if you run under 13.0 ET quarters

I know that feeling. I just put down 304whp/327wtq on a Dyno Dynamics. Those things are cruel.

C3 Pulley
C3 Intake
CM30
Jerry Tune or maybe not
No HE
My Dyno on a Mustang came out at 281 RWHP @ 6000 rpmand 280 RWTorque
@ 4250 rpm.
Mods: C3 Pulley, PowerChip tune, Green filters (could have been bad at the time of the test), Iridum 16s, CM30.
EIP in san Jose will do a repull tomorrow, but I now have the C3 Intake.
hmmm...I'll keep guys posted.
p.s. I got the car to 165 mph on 58 east to Barstow/Vegas last Friday Halloween.
155 mph (too windy) also on 58 west back towards Tehachapi Sunday.

I'm a little lost here. So your numbers are the results with the following mods?;
C3 Pulley
C3 Intake
CM30
Jerry Tune or maybe not
No HE

And from what I have read, Mustang Dyno's come out with much lower numbers than any other dyno, and I think Dynojets are the highest.
I'm thinking of putting my stock wheels back on and seeing what the numbers are too.

I am not allowed to comment on the octane issue

Dynojet reads the highest, but Dyno Dynamics reads the lowest. From what I've heard, Mustang dynos read 12% lower than Dynojets, and Dyno Dynamics read about 15% lower than Dynojets.

So I'm thinking, I should probably go and get my car Dyno'd some where else and get print outs of my A/F ratios and then I can tell if my car has been properly tuned? And if not, then I can send it back to LET for a re-tune?
Is that all that would be needed?
TIA!

a/f is crutial for a good custom tune. I would definately start there, but I would also talk to Jerry about a dyno tune. Your leaving hp on the table

I would say 310 is not bad..
maybe you can pick up another 10 to 15 with a fresh tune..
either way.. you picked up another 25 to 30 RWHP for a lot less than a few years back.
