Have you no sense of fair play and decency about how respected members of automotive forums are expected to conduct themselves? Must one dredge up your banned former screen names and absurd posts to reinforce the perceived ridiculousness among those here without even a partial clue to your checkered MBW past?

It’s probably fair to say that the vast majority of MB modification aficionados have learned far more from Vadim’s shared technical expertise over the years than they have from any AMS diatribe. Is he in the business to earn an honest living? Yes. Has he had occasion to interact with some who were less than thrilled? Probably so. Goes with the territory for self-employed individuals. The hardware he designed and has installed on mine continues to perform even better than I’d hoped. Prevailed in several off-highway encounters because of the R&D in which he’s invested and made readily available. The smug pleasure from having done so will not soon be forgotten.

He and hooleyboy’s MHB have proven time and again to be knowledgeable and helpful sponsors.

As a IB shareholder, I do appreciate the revenue stream you help provide.

Vadim, if you were smart you would not attack others especially those in better standing than you. From what I'm hearing from many of the MBworld members/vendors, you are the last person to be mocking anyone based on the incredibly shady behavior towards your customers. It would be a shame of many of these came to light publicly on the forum. You have been warned.

We will see what happens in the near future... looks like there's a storm cloud brewing over him.... I have heard some terrible stories and it appears they are going to come to light very soon.

I dont know if we should discount what AMS said in response to Vadim. If its true, owning lots of money to members is a real problem.

I personally dont mind the banter in my thread

Aside from sponser wars, thanks for the information. I did not know that the stock set up had an x-pipe. I thought that it wasn't an x pipe and had just merged the 2 pipes to cut costs....time to save up again for headers...

because it's NOT an x-pipe. The stock C55 merges into a 3" pipe section for the resonator and then split right before the diff. It may look like one, but it doesn't work like one. The point of the x-pipe is to increase scavanging/exhaust speed/flow. The stock setup forces the exhaust flow into one pipe before splitting back. The whole middle section of the pipe is basically restrictive. It is exactly what you thought it was.

to make it a true dual exhaust setup what you want to do is cut off the exhaust right before it merges and right after the splits and have two seperate 2.25" pipe run alone side each other and install an x-pipe as closer to the front as possible. just look at hooley's picture in first post that's how it's suppose to be done. just that the muffler his using currently for testing has too much drone he says.

Hmm so what exactly were you saying in this Post from your X-pipe SALES thread

Not trying to pick sides, but I believe that was for more than just the x-pipe...his mid section removes secondaries also I believe if not more.
