Tough Decision
I am selling my 2006 C55.
It is a Mars Red with Ash interior and has 16,700 miles
At roughly 5,000 miles I had the Kleemann supercharger, headers and ECU upgrade done in Colorado Springs by Kleeman USA.
It has brand new Michelin PS2 tires, 225/40ZR/18 front and 255/35ZR/18 rear.
The car has been serviced by MB of Hoffman Estates and they are familiar with the car's modifications.
I'm asking $28,000.
The reason I am selling it is that for some time now I have been working on a Stage 3 Audi S4. It is done now and having two cars like this is not practical.
The C55 has been fun and relatively trouble-free and it is difficult to part with it.

Black Interior
I have had a few cars with black interiors and found them to be hot in the summer and dusty in nature. The ash interior is easy to live with and is a pleasant place to spend time.
I thought I would share some pictures of my S4. It also has a silver interior.

C55 vs. S4
My intention is not to cause contention. They are different cars in many respects.
This is from the gut. Dry pavement the S4 would stay ahead until 5th gear, around 100/110 mph. Depending on the launch, in the 1/4 mile it would be close with the S4 winning by a small margin as the cars stand now. In the wet, no contest, the S4 cares not about slippery conditions.
The S4 has Stasis coilovers and larger than stock rollbars, so it handles better. It has the Stasis Alcon 6 piston BBK, so it stops better. It has a 6 speed manual so it is, IMH, more fun to drive and it gets 22 mpg urban driving.
It isn't as quiet or as smooth as the C55 and if you're not paying attention it can get suckered by slower cars. The C55 is always ready as long as the roads are dry.
For a car that is 9 years old it is remarkable but fragile.
I love both of them for different reasons but to me the S4 is more unique, easier to work on, parts are cheaper and has a more varied after-market part availability.

If you'd consider a trade-I have the same Mars Red with Ash interior with much less powa-that way you wont have two cars that are so similar-works out for both of us perfectly!

what to keep
Here's an image of about 70% of the parts replaced or upgraded. The picture shows SMIs but a switch was made to a FMIC later on. What is not shown is the light weight flywheel, clutch and pressure plates and rollbars.
