Replacing driver's side window switches...

Well...I was getting bombarded with rain while in a drive-through the other day (I'll admit...seeing the news that the founder of Taco Bell had passed away forced me to go load up on cheap-*** psuedo Mexican food and expect the oncoming non southern California mud slides...) and I pulled a bit too hard on on my driver's side window switch to get my window up and I crushed it. I still works when finessed - but anyone other than me would have a tough time.

Stealership want's about $300 to replace it. I've found the part on line ( http://www.speedycarparts.com/sku/Me...503_0400033552 ) and am wondering how difficult it would be to replace.

Has anyone dug into their driver's side door controls and if so, how difficult?
