If you subscribe to the EPC, you can find all sorts of good info there, including part numbers:

I just had a quick look, but there are a myriad of part numbers for that piece because of different interior trim and colours combinations. Best if you input your car's VIN into the EPC and it should point you to the right one.
I am guessing that you will likely need to remove the entire inner door panel to release that piece.
