I know he has warranty so the price will be higher. Any input would be greatly appreciated

I paid that asking amount for my car, except mine also came with the black birdseye maple wood interior instead of the aluminum and also a few other MB factory trinkets that weren't factory options (grill, star, wheels). Oh and 4 years ago.

I paid $22k for mine with 55k miles and the birdseye maple...mine also had a warranty bumper to bumper but i opted out of it cuz he wanted another $3k to pay for it. So i'd talk him down a little bit but that initial price isn't bad by any means

My '05 with 43k miles was $19.5k when I finished haggling last June. They were asking $22k to start.

I'm sure you'll be able to work them down a little bit, but the warranty is worth paying a little extra for.

How does that thing still have MB CPO warranty, to 2015 to boot?
