Finally a bluetooth audio & phone solution!!
Well, I've finally found a product that can be integrated into the stock audio system on the W203s (and many more), whether it be COMMAND, AUDIO 20, or AUDIO 50.
I just finished installing the mObridge M2.CONNECT to my AUDIO 20 system and it's pretty effing awesome! Bluetooth audio that sounds great and maintains the stock control buttons (skip, pause, volume), and bluetooth phone! You can browse your phonebook through the stereo as well, and it even shows you your bars of signal! Installation was a piece of cake: remove the stock head unit; run a power, ground, and microphone wire from the driver's side in-vehicle fuse box to the glove box, tap in the MOST optical connections from the mObridge box to the stock head unit. Total install took me an hour and a half, including soldering some wires to make the 12v and ground wires longer, and finding the best place to mount the microphone.
I've seen it posted a few times here on the boards and folks are usually turned off by the price (understandably so, sine I paid $520 shipped), but after trying a few AUX bluetooth adapters and cheap solutions, I decided to give this a shot since the online retailer where I purchased had a 30-day return policy.
Needless to say, I'm immensely satisfied. If anyone wants to see pics, let me know and I'll post them up.

mobridge has been around for awhile. They have great products. I've had their ABT (bluetooth/ipod/aux) in my C55 for about 2-3 years now. The m2 is their new line. They use the "Parrot" system for their bluetooth. They got a ton of solutions for aftermarket audio, amp connections, bluetooth, VIM (video in motion) etc. They're good guys too. Have helped me out a lot with periodic issues along the way.

Another good unit is the Dension 500 gateway. I believe the install can be alot easier to install if you are willing to remove the CD changer - who uses cd's anymore anyway? You just connect the MOST (fiber optic) wiring to the Dension gateway inplace of the cd changer so you dont have to get behind the headunit to install - see install Type 3b.

I just got an OEM 30-pin iPod Connector kit to replace the AUX audio cable and use a bluetooth audio puck called Tune2Air WMA1000 plugged into the iPod connector. Now i have bluetooth audio which I stream from my iPhone. I can control next/previous fast forward/rewind with my steering wheel controls.
