Tom's White C55 AMG Progress Thread
Been busy getting the cosmetics sorted.
Wheels refurbed, and front brake calipers restored to original silver with AMG logo:
Removed the dealer crap around the plates, and the metal rear Jap plate holder - am getting some Euro sized plate holders ASAP
Was also busy getting the iron filings out of the paint (lots of little orange spots, highly visible on white car) - Iron-X is an awesome product for this, then clayed and waxed the car (need to do a cut and polish at some stage to get it looking perfect, but was too lazy today.
And random interior shot:

wish the parktronic was available in the US. Would make sourcing the parts so much easier than its been! lol Ive been looking for that center dash piece for ever!

Would you be interested in a run down the quarter late this year early next?I hope to take mine and would be really great to get a comparison in same conditions between the early m113 vs later with higher rpm limit 3.06 diff ratio. Plenty of time to think about it.

SO nice to see a 4 door counter part compared to my 2door CLK. Lovely man. Car looks same like mine bar the doors and my wheels are in need of a refurb as well. Sadly previous owners couldn't drive around parking lots very well or fast food drive throughs.
