You can find used units on eBay
http://r.ebay.com/spwwPa

Or have your unit repaired at http://beckerautosound.com/

Just buy an aftermarket. They are way better than the stock ones and will likely cost you about the same.

I have a non-nav unit in perfect condition. Removed from my C55 within a year and about 8,000 miles.

www.fastoem.com I use them all the time.

These do not come with the navi processor so you would have to swap it from the old unit.

I have a stock Nav unit for sale

The retrofit to an OEM Nav unit is pretty simple. I'd consider what Ackime has for sale.
