Engine Adaptations Reset?
I just changed my plugs and CPS. Any need to reset any sort of engine adaptations? I did a trans flush a while back and I know it's important to reset the adaptations for the transmission, but I'm not familiar with what other adaptation values our car has. What exists and what sort of work would require a reset?

All cars made after 1996 will adjust to any changes in air flow or fuel requirement by monitoring the oxygen sensors and aiming for a certain air/fuel ratio defined by factory engineers, this adjustment is called Long Term Fuel Trim. The cars computer keeps track of each bank of cylinders A/F ratio and adjust the amount of fuel sprayed +/- 15% (then throws a code for abnormal fuel trims). You can clear those by unhooking the battery, also clears your emissions monitors so don't do it before your state inspection.
