C32 AMG Inconsistent Headlight error

My passenger low beam headlight has stopped working occasionally. I get a Low Beam, R Check Lamp error and my head light stops working, but then it will be fine for a month. Any insights on how to fix this would be helpful.
Thanks

Is this something where I just need to replace the bulb? Or is it likely a bad connection, electrical problem

I have a similar issue when I bang the car around a bit too hard. I think its the A) Bulb socket lose B) Igniter is lose C) HID Ballast is loose - check those three connections with the battery disconnected and after waiting (just in case; you won't live through 25k volts )
