Original owner undertaking C55 “Restoration”. Need help.
Hello there and thanks to all for this amazing resource. I am the proud original owner of a 2005 C55, purchase in July 2004 in Seattle, WA. It has been my daily for eighteen years and I love it still. As it grows into an investment-worthy ride, I am undertaking a restoration of all the little things that have lost their luster over the years.
My main area of focus is the front end, which has taken a beating over the years (never in an accident but did battle with parking lot curb stops on many occasions).
I am sourcing a new bumper cover, an endeavor which deserves its own thread, but my inquiry today is specifically about the splash guard under the front engine and which attaches to the lower perimeter of the bumper cover. I can’t find any part number or resource that lists this item or how to order it.
I am fully aware of the W209 CLK55 front end subject, so have mostly been searching under those threads. That said, any clues on what I need to order?
Further resto includes the need to replace the fender splash guards all around the wheel wells, as my baby has been rolling commando for a couple of years now.
Any insights appreciated!

I got a front bumper cover from LUXURY AUTO DISMANTLING (luxuryautosacdotcom in CA. Found one with my paint code (lucky) $850 complete with fog lights, headlight washers. Shipping was $300 to Texas, likely more in today's economy. You may have to keep returning and checking their latest acquisitions. It took me a while to find what I needed.
