Tornando fuel saver

Has anyone ever heard of or tried the tornando fuel saver for their cars? They are claiming to save 1-2 MPG and an increase of 20 HP on some dyno tests. Im very skeptical about these claims though. Anyone have an opinion about this, thanks

Nothing
I have yet to see any of these so-called fuel saving devices work. Just ask yourself this. If it is really that good, why don't the manufacturers use it?

1989 Toyota Tercel EZ - dyno'd @ 70whp/77wtq
POS.... Installed one in my '96 Maxima.... gave little more power and did save some gas right after installation.... but couple thousand miles later, I checked that thing, and it already became a 2nd air filter.... clogged w/ light dust and restricted air going through....

I guess good for the engine (as 2nd air filter ) but bad for performance Took it off right after....
