ML55 Engine Cover
I'm feeling a bit dirty as I've become quite the C43 Forum ***** lately. Thanks to Adam at HPS I've now got my ML55 cover to pretty up the prodject. Took an hour or so to trim it properly but well worth it!!
The headlamps removed show how tight the clearance is for both the coolant tank and intake setup. I had to remove the headlamp on the passanger side to clean the MAS sensor and the drivers side to re-wire the coolant sensor(it was wired wrong). I'm starting to know this car like the back of my hand LOL.

Damnit! Now Nitro's got me thinking SC again :/ All that money on carbon fiber parts and I'm now reading all I can about supercharging. It looks like HPS still has a Gen I available too. Anyone know of a SF Bay Area shop capable of the install?

At least you could use the parts on your E430 right? I think I remember you stating it was your wife's. I can see her in the parking lot at work showing all her girlie friends her carbon fiber intake system.

Hi I am using w210 E55 engine and wonder whether I could put ML55 plastic engine cover to my car and also air filter box of ML55 engine to my car and remove E55 air filter box. The reason because I was told that the plastic engine cover of E55 is not giving the flow of air to the engine as it covers all the top of the engine. sorry I am supposed to put this on the new post. You may ignore my message.
