Does this fit a 2003 CLK500

You list this a option 1

Is there an option 2

Thank-You

I just updated the original post. Now I'm just modding and selling the elbow because that's all that's selling. So the price is $55.00 shipped in the USA.
And yes it fits the clk500 and many more. I still have to find out what other cars and post in those forums.

Sorry no more options as I mentioned people like the elbow only.
The option two was for porting the maf housing. But I think people get scared of that because of the risk of the check engine light coming on. Some say not good to do, others say they never ever had issues but only power gains. Google maf mod and you will see all the info that comes up.

I have not had any problems at all with the ported maf housing. And I ported my housing from top to bottom. I can't expect people to trust me on that so I just took that off the list. And the option three was widening the back of the elbow. But I have no idea what the clearance is for most cars from the firewall to the housing. And most people don't want to take their air box of to check. So i just canceled that too.

I want to keep things simple, so that's why I'm just selling the Fast Flow Elbow.
Just with this alone you will notice a difference. And it will fit with no issues on many cars.

Soon, one member bought the elbow and the other options I was making. So honestly it will be the complete setup he will be reviewing. Hopefully the more I sell the elbow someone will post a review. If you like to try one and post a review send me an email. Thanks

All speed43 mods installed

So finally recieved all the mods that Speed43 has to offer and installed them on my c43 with the 5.4 swap and man does this thing pull or what. I mean to begin with the 5.4 engine itself just makes this car a beast. But with the speed43 Airbox, fast flow elbow and bored out MAF housing this thing is truly alive. With the stock parts on the engine I would literally just tap it about 1/4 way down on the accelerator and this thing would be picking up real nice. Now with the mods I just have to tap it. And when I punch it, let's just say this thing is fast. The intake noise sounds better as well as the exhaust note because the car is breathing better. Since I had to use my stock c43 intake and wiring harness, I still have the green injectors. But I do have the beige ones that came with the 5.4 and soon they will be changed for more fuel to compensate more air that is being pushed in the engine. I highly, highly recommend the mods, for the money your truly getting a lot out of it. George is a great guy to work with and he enjoys what he does. Give his products a shot, they are priced relatively cheaper than other manufacturers and George will always take care of you if anything comes up and he is willing to design the products to your needs. Don't hesitate guys

I had mentioned that I'm not doing anything but the elbow mod.
Not enough interest so just the elbow which I get rid of those flaps/baffles sand smooth as possible, prime and paint.

It will perform very well, If your interested why not just try one yourself?
If you don't notice any difference send it back and I will refund you the money.

I accept PayPal so it's safe for you and me. I'm a very long time customer with PayPal. Just send me an email if you want one. Geo3617(@)gmail.com

Btw, thanks for asking for a BUTT dyno! That's what really counts in my opinion.
So what if a dyno says it makes X amount of HP/TQ but you don't feel it at all.
I won't be happy with that at all. But my air boxes have proven to make power on a dyno but also you can really feel it in your butt. Both dynos, butt and machine is a win win.

Yesterday I made the FFE on my CLS500, but without painting the inside of the elbow. Today I will go for a long ride and made some test sessions. It would be very very interesting to me, if this mod is noticeable..

Let us know I would like to see if there's a difference on your car with no other mods. Did you mod your air box in any way? Are you planning on it?

The ECU needs a lot or driving, to lern everything, because the Kickdown was very strange the first time. The 7G was surprised.. :-)
I'm not sure, but the engine feels more powerfull in the lower part of the rpm (1500-2200 rpm).
I need to do some more tests, because today was to much traffic

I just snapped off the baffles and the butt dyno approves, I feel like the throttle response is much better as well. @speed43 so if someone wanted a loud induction noise and max airflow what would you recommend ? I removed the baffles from the elbow and next im going to work on my airbox and maf. Is there anything else i can do?

You have to remove the baffles from the air box. But that will help very little. For noise and power you have to raise the air box at least 2 inches. Also port the maf to the elbow opening for smoother air flow.

Port the maf bottom part only. Go as thin as you can without burning through the plastic. These mods will keep a smile while driving your car.

If you want to have even more power you must do what I did for my car. Port both openings of the throttle body. Than port the intake manifold. Remove a lot of the aluminum from the openings. Make the opening bigger. I also flared the top portions of the intake. Many hours and lots of patience needed. BUT, at the end you will floor the pedal and you WILL say HOLY SMOKES!!!! VERY much worth the work and effort. Oh, and you MUST port the intake opening to the throttle body opening. That alone is a job but it has to be done. Again, the results are crazy good. Any other c43 will not keep up with you. And if you have the 5.4 upgrade the same will be true with my mods on that engine.

I will be putting together a complete I mean complete package for the m113 engine. This will contain modded air box, Maf, elbow, throttle body, and intake manifold. All parts will be included, including intake gaskets. And the throttle body will come Installed to the intake manifold because the throttle body to intake gasket will now be to small. I make a custom gasket for the bigger openings. Guys with funds only apply, it won't be cheap. But it will be a fair price.

Sounds good, I've never worked with plastic before. How would you recommend I raise the box? Thank you!
