NJ/PA/NY Meet
 

We should do a meet this spring/summer, maybe even a photo shoot. MB club has an official meet at an event they call the June Jamboree, probably in North or Central NJ. I haven't attended, but I heard there are a lot of attendees, rare and classic cars and usually some exotics brought in by MB corporate. I can look around for a less expensive or free event if the group would rather not incur the cost. Lots of car shows in the spring/summer.

We do our yearly open house Labor Day weekend, it's all Porsche normally, but a pack of C43's would be cool too, I could bring mine.

Count me in !!! I can bring my black 1999 c43. If y’all are on Instagram check out Labenzunited!! Those guys are always having Benz meetups!! Whether it’s Old or new stuff those guys throw some of the sickest meetups. Here’s a little pic of the meet! This is nothing compared to the hundreds of Benz cars that show up. We need to get something similar going here if everyone is down

Sounds good So how many of us are their and where are the meetups usually held

The June Jamboree is a fun event. I've been several times though not since owning my C43. It's a pretty mellow, small, but well-put together event usually held in Florham Park. Food is good too; I think it's worth the cost rain or shine.

My brother is part of that group and has told me that it's roughly 48% Serbs and Albanians who drive like crazy people when they do cruises....can you confirm?

There is one on FB marketplace for 2300 in NJ right now that does not look bad

Saw that one last week and tried messaging him to set up an appointment to buy it. Don't waste your time with that guy, he would take forever to respond or either leave you on read. :crazy: guess he's not looking to sell it

Anyone in the Mid Atlantic/NYC/New England area. My buddy just picked up two C36 cars.

1995 in silver with 55,000 miles on it. Southern car so very good exterior and no rust.
1996 in black with 190,000 miles on it.
We have a lot of 17" monoblock wheels and hard to find W202 stuff.

I'm still on the Jersey shore, but the saltwater air has taken a serious toll on my car. She is parked about 50 feet from the water and we have high force gales here all the time since I'm right on the bay. I'm going to have to have a body shop go over the whole car and get it straightened out.
