lol. back to espana? i think we lost the castle in tenerife. LOL

thanks buddy, i actually got a great deal on the property, thats why i took it. i will tear the house down and build a new one, as soon as the next big check comes in.

0 paces to the water, i can probably jump in from my deck. the house was advertised with 88 feet along the water but i havent measured yet. we will wait until i have my 88 foot boat and see if it is the right size. LOL the dock is a bit short but the water is choppy because i am so close to the ocean. most people have boat lifts to avoid damage of their boat against the dock. i was told if you buy a house 15 houses down that the water is very calm and you dont need the boat lift.

sorry to say but my c43 is in terrible shape. she needs a lot of love and time which i do not have. maybe soon things will change for her.

thanks buddy. house isnt all that to write home about but its ok for now. location is pristine, my house is basically on the point, just have a boat launch and small park in front but i will build 3 stories high and have awesome unobstructed views. park and launch belongs to the association so they will never build.
