Have a customer of ours who just recently sent us his ECU for a PP-Performance stage 1 tune. He got it installed and ran it on the dyno. Figures were 530WHP and 612 ft lbs. Dyno sheet provided below. Car currently has a drop in filter only. Future mods will be the following:
1. VTA "blow off" valves
2. BMC air filters
3. 3.5" to 3" catless down pipes
4. 3" mid pipes
5. Electronic valved performance mufflers, or strait axle turndowns for dragstrip.
6. Custom monoball race electronic coilovers lowered 30mm
7. 45cc water/meth nozzles
80% methanol / 20%water
Electronic control based on boost or inj duty or combo.
What meth kit are you going to use? I absolutely LOVED spraying windshield washer fluid in my old 1.8t. Definitely want to look into it come summer as it would be much easier than doing any type of intercooler upgrades being that I'm on lease.

This is the path to take if you really want to wake up your C63S. As you can see the factory turbos are small and fall off the planet so bigger snails are needed if you want to make some serious power.
