Two new reviews out for the two new cars and in a direct comparison the C450 is rated the better car. A quote from digital trends.com:
"Here’s where the C450 really impresses, though: I think it a better buy than the “standard” C63. I’ll wait while you regain consciousness. Not only is it nearly as fast, loud and gorgeous, it's also more practical day to day. With all wheel drive they'll be able to drive it like a madman in the rain.
