I have this exhaust and lost the receipt. There was a serious problem where first the bluetooth module stopped connecting to the app. Then the module drained by battery completely. At firstly I didn't know that was causing the battery drain but Mercedes tested the drain on a new battery and it shows 2 amp draw but once you uninstalled the module it dropped to 0.8 amp draw. Hence I have unplugged the module though it still worked with the hand held remote.
I contacted Armytrix regarding the issue and they advised me that I would have to purchase full new module and remote $399. For an exhaust that cost over $3000 Canadian I was surprised that they would not send me out a new module that would work again with the app and not draw so much power off the battery.
In the end, I override the module by opening the value with the remote and then unplugging the module which keeps the values open all the time.
So for a value controlled exhaust, I no longer have value control as I can not leave the bluetooth module in my car as I fear another dead battery and the app is now useless.

First, your system was bought off from your friend. In our terms, your system is no longer covered under warranty. Therefore, we offered you a special price if you want to get a OBD dongle system replacement.
Second, a different OBD software version is needed for Mercedes models, or the OBD dongle system will stay on whole the time and just drains the battery all the time. We suspected you have got the wrong software version installed and the best way to solve this issue to to get a new set of OBD dongle system.
Third, you also asked if you could send over the current set for repairing and we suggest you to send it over to our Canada dealer for inspection. However, we have not heard anything from you since then.

Thanks so much for your response. You are right, I purchase it from a friend who gave me the receipt. Hmmm.. I think I missed the email where is stated to send the dongle to a Canadian dealer to look at it. I only remember being asked to purchase a new dongle but the price is to high for just the dongle and new controls. Also, I'm not sure why it worked and then stopped working and now drains my battery. Nothing had changes on my side except the app on my phone was updated with your newer release. I'm currently living with the valves opened all the time which does not bother me much but do wish I had the previous control back.

However the system dedicated for EURO6 emission regulations is still in development at the moment.
