Jumping on full lock

Dose anyone else's car jump on fulllock at slow speed a juddering grinding feeling from the Front wheels

Yup. Particularly when it's cold. It's like the diff hasn't caught up yet and drags the tires.

It's the Tire compound, they're a summer tire and when they're very cold they're so hard they'll "skip". This is nothing to be alarmed with and is normal.

This happens on a lot of UK/rhd cars, not so much the US/lhd cars. MB say this is down to the weather. I was made aware of this when I picked mine up. There are threads in this in the GLC forum, you can read up on this there.

This is normal for the summer tires to skip when the weather is cooler. My CLA45 AMG did the same. Nothing to worry about.

It happens on Porsche 911s too. Combination of wide front tires and hard summer rubber in colder temps. Likely also contributed by the steering geometry of many German cars, such as a lot of caster.
