C43 Rear bumper bumps
What's up with the bumps on either side of the
License plate? They seem so out of place. Almost like they are hiding the mounting points for European plates.

Several months past there was a similar post.
The consensus was the "bumps" were there in order to comply with the federal 5 mph bumper mandate.
One owner so disliked them he had them removed.
The new look, almost unanimously, was liked by the posters.
